FAQ

What are the best Gladiator stigmas in AION 2?
For PvE: Lunge Stance (max it to 20 first), Focused Block, Rage Burst and Zikel's Blessing. For Abyss PvP: Lunge Stance, Armor of Balance, Tenaciousness and Blade Toss. Global Season 1 has 4 stigma slots capped at level 20.
Which Gladiator skills should I level first?
Overhead Slam and Rending Blow to 20, then Ruinous Blow to 16. Overhead Slam's level 16 specialty removes its cooldown, which is the biggest single damage jump.
Is Gladiator good for beginners?
Yes. Gladiator is one of the easiest classes in AION 2: a melee greatsword user with high survivability that holds boss aggro through damage instead of a taunt.
Can a Gladiator tank in AION 2?
It can off-tank. Gladiators have no traditional taunt, so they hold aggro with steady damage. Focused Block and Experienced Counterstrike make them sturdy enough for many dungeons.
