AION 2 Daevanion Guide: Boards, Node Costs & Priority
AION 2 Daevanion boards on Global: unlock levels for all 5 boards, node colors and costs, how skill nodes raise skill levels, and which nodes each class should take.
What are the Daevanion boards?
The Daevanion boards are AION 2’s talent system. Each board is a grid of nodes you unlock with points, and every board focuses on different stats. Global has five boards and no Ariel board. They unlock as you level:
| Board | Unlocks at | Orange node focus |
|---|---|---|
| Nezekan | Level 12 | Combat Speed, Cooldown Reduction |
| Zikel | Level 20 | Damage Boost, Damage Tolerance |
| Vaizel | Level 30 | Critical Damage Boost and Tolerance |
| Triniel | Level 40 | Multi-Hit Chance and Resist |
| Azphel | Level 45 | PvP Damage Boost and Tolerance (no skill nodes) |

How much does each node cost?
| Node color | Cost | What it gives |
|---|---|---|
| Grey | 1 | Small stat bonus |
| Green | 2 | Passive skill level |
| Blue | 3 | +1 level to an active skill |
| Orange | 4 | Board special (the stat in the table above) |
Each active skill has one blue node on each of the four PvE boards.
How do Daevanion nodes raise skill levels?
Skill points only take a skill to 10. Past that, levels come from other sources:
- Daevanion blue nodes: up to +4 (one per PvE board), reaching 14.
- Rings: +1 each for up to two skills, reaching 16.
- Arcana cards: the rest of the way to 20. See the Arcana guide.
That is why every build lists blue nodes for its core skills first.
Which nodes should you take first?
General order for PvE:
- Blue nodes for your 3–5 core skills on every board you have.
- Orange nodes, especially Combat Speed and Cooldown Reduction on Nezekan and Critical Damage on Vaizel.
- Green passive nodes for your top passives.
- Grey stat nodes last.
Casters and healers (Sorcerer, Cleric) often take the orange Combat Speed and Cooldown Reduction nodes before skill nodes. For PvP, take the Azphel board early. Exact node lists for each class are in the class builds.

Where do Daevanion points come from?
- Sealed dungeons and strongholds along your leveling route.
- Shugo Festival shop, which sells Daevanion crystals in price tiers.
- Nightmare shop, which sells Daevanion crystals for 300 currency each.
- Season shop, where Abyss points buy Daevanion crystals.
The leveling guide shows where these fit into your route. Took the wrong nodes? Refunds cost 500 Kinah each; see the respec guide.
